In Warrant but no Service

I bought Nokia-5600 from Croma Store in Faridabad Haryana on 18 May, 2008 with extended warranty of 2years, bill no.118-1281. on 11th June 2009 my cell got a software problem i called them up and their Customer Care executive Mr.Dharam asked to come in croma store and they will repair it in half an hour.But after reaching there he only told us to go to service center which provides service for products in extended warranty period.Then Mr. Sumesh the assistant manager dint have any information of service centers and not even other employees had answers and Ms. Parul Bhsin the manager refused to meet us.

         I have purchased two product on dt 30/07/09 and delivilary dt 31/07/09. one is LG T.V 29" and another sumsung washing macnine.Washing machine is not work properly.I have compalined to Croma Centre at CBD Belapur dt 02/08/09 for replace the washing machine but no one come to replacement yet.Even I have complained to Sumsung Serving Centre but no one come for checking the machine. Sumsung complain No. is 8411202628.
    So, please take the nessary  action and replace machine immediate.

    Dear Hi Profile Croma

    We purchased two Air conditioners for our office from Croma Aundh, Pune but one Ac is only making the wall totally seapage. We have been personally visiting the Croma Retail outlet to logde complaint but they only keep on giving different Technicians name and mobile number. We have called up so many times but till date no one attended to the Technical problem in the Ac.

    Eventually, we searched out for their Mumbai office land line no. 022 61406363 and lodged complaint with Ms. Sanjeta of Croma Customer Support office.

    We really surprised by their ruthless service and treatment after sales of this product. If this their style of procrastinating the customers complaints then God alone can save the customers who buy from Croma.

    I had purchased laptop and tata proton for internate from your stoor in the month of feb 2012; now my tata proton service is closed and i come to know that it required 10 degit number with my registation for recharge the same.

    aslo i had discussed above matter with your representative mr. sachin but no use.
