Have received numerous calls, threats and bogus allegations by this company demanding personal information for a “debt” of someone I do NOT know! This company has such negative reviews and strange tactics it’s amazing to me it’s legal for them to stay in operation in the USA?!
Spoke with Michael Shaw Jr manager of ops - he could of cared less. I’ve contacted my council and have supplied them with all recordings of this harassment. They will call from all sorts of out of state and local numbers! Beware! It’s a scam!

Various family members received calls from "Ms. Miranda" and "Ms. O'Toole" (probably the same person), either way they said that she was argumentative and rude as all Hell. She left one message saying that she was given my address and SSN to collect a debt from 2013. She won't take "wrong number" for an answer. Lady, your ignorant and unprofessional tactics won't get you paid, but they WILL get you reported for harrassment. Just sell my so-called account to another agency because you just ruined any chance of me giving your company anything!

No bills from 2013, If you are called, your bill is from oldest 2016.  If the credit bureau states that no one else has owned the phone number, it is odd, to say the least.  In the end though, if you persist in saying it is the wrong number, it must be let go. Have you any idea how many people say it is not their phone number when it is found within minutes that it is the right number?

Have been receiving numerous calls from this “collection agency”. Very rude and unprofessional and to think the first thing to their mind is to get your personal account info. Scammers!

The first question asked is to verify your identity. If we give the account info to the wrong person, it is against Federal Law. We will be fined. It is to protect you, also- so that another Brenda or your aunt/sister/BF does not receive the information.  You created the debt and the operation of collecting it has been placed with us. When we call you, we have the opportunity to offer you a settlement, often at a great discount to you. We are often your last stop before legal action-being mediators. I am not familiar with your situation, but that is often the case.  So, Brenda, if you still have the number, you should call it. We ALREADY have your info, it was passed to us.  We have no need to collect it.  If you are in your files still, we would be happy to handle your issue.

Per federal law, we must verify your identity. We ask for the last 4 digits of your social security number. The entire number is already on the screen in front of the rep. Just like a bank or utility, we must verify your identity before disclosing a debt. So YES, that is first. What do you want to be first?

You gave me someone's account information, after I told you this was a new house number. Miranda, the fact that your on this site with a fake name responding says a lot about you and your company. I will be finding out who gives your company this fine. I will be turning over the threating message you left on the voicemail and the persons personal information that you gave my while trying to collect money that is not even owed to you. I say that because if a person did not in fact open a account with your company they owe you NOTHING

Don’t worry about these [***]. Look up the business information here:
M14000008928      That is their LLC registration number. They have registered inactive so many years in a row because they are a [***] fluke. An inactive LLC, can still be a business but it means they aren’t making any money.... hence the threats, and a million and one different phone numbers.... three of the numbers they called me from, including one where I was “to call and leave my credit card number” was from some free app. This whole place is full of [***], and it’s a bunch of losers that buy charge off info off the dark web and try to exploit it. You try to call the original creditor, they will not have a record of it because it’s a charge off.
It’s as easy as this: check your credit report for a charge off, and if it is there, request these [***] send u a written document stating the original creditor, the amount owed, and the agreed upon settlement. If they ask u for a card number “to show the customer a show of good faith” then they r full of [***]. They almost had me till Mike Shea said to me “I’m gonna ask the creditor (supposedly paypal) how much they will settle for” and PAYPAL ISNT THE CREDITOR SYNCRONY BANK IS...so do some research, and if u have xfinity block there numbers ... [***] them. They r way too poor to bring you to court anyway
