garnishment of my wages for 25%

received an email from Michael Johnson the collection & legal department of ACS legal group,llc telling me that i need to pay $775 in full or 2 payments of $390, it says on can contact the creditor but there is no phone number or name of the company anywhere on the email.  for the payment they want a one vanilla prepaid visa card or an american express prepaid card to close the account  but it doesn't tell me where to send it.  there are alot of red flags about this email so i can ignore it or do something about it?    what would you suggest i do, please let me know
