I not receive my winning money

I receive a text on 25 sep 2012 that my mobil no won 1000000000Ru but not receive my money.your many agent cantuct me and every agent blackmail me.which agent receive me Rs15500,which Rs 10500,which Rs 18000.every agent blackmail me. All agent is very fraud.what can I do now? Please tell me.
