I have to share this great customer service experience at LA Fitness. My locker at the gym had the lock cut (along with other members), and my valuables were stolen (iPhone, wallet, jewelry, etc.) The manager at the gym said that there are not responsible for any stolen items on their premises and gave me the phone number for the corporate office. I called corporate and all they could offer me was a month free membership. Great customer no service
