debit money automaticallu

recent i've not activate anything .. but i always get msg to airtel that you have charged 30, 15, etc rs for activation videow idont know whats this and why they are trying to harassing me ..... now im going to port it immidiatelly in fullyforce there is  very bad situation of airtel  ..... icant belive this that this company can do anything like this ........ stupid
