Dear sir, I bought a new mobile handset IMEI no. 354848012764886 11 months ago and I used it without any problem. After 3 days it's stopped working. Then I'll send it to Nokia Care. After 1 month they give me handset the IMEI no. 352774012642397 and told me sir we change the mother board of your mobile. It's working good for only 40 or 45 days till now it's look like before. Please sort out my of this problem. It would be so nice of you.

    Contact the company again, or call the attorney general's office.  Nokia won't answer you from this posting.  Also, contact the BBB.  They will contact Nokia for you, and hopefully a mutual agreement will be reached.
