I never even googled this company until today when I saw the 2995 $ debited from my account! There needs to be an investigation.

File a fraud dispute through your bank, and block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further fraud.
File fraud complaints with FTC and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
