I had a contract on this account for the first 2 years. After another year I needed another Joey for a second bedroom so i called and scheduled an appointment. I was told at first there would be a 95 dollar fee which I declined, informing the csr that I would be calling another provider. I was then told the fee would be waived and I had the visit and signed a one page document verifying the visit. I read the entire page before signing and am quite sure I had not agreed to a new contract. six months later my bill grew by 20 dollars and I called to cancel my account. I was informed i was under contract because of my visit for my 2nd joey six months earlier. The csr didnt have a copy of this contract and I know I didnt sign one. I have to wait 2 days for them to email me this "contract" Now I am worried they are just going to put a contract on one page and my signature will be on that other page that I signed. Five or six years ago they pulled the same crap about being under contract after making a minor change but I forgot because they did agree I didnt have a contract after insisting I did for nearly an hour. I will not forget again. Lets see that contract dish criminals. There better be my signature on the same page( i only had one page but I did lose it, searched for an hour)
