I am receiving the following threatening email for a Cash Advance Loan when I have never taken out a loan with this entity. This is the email content:

    I been receiving these emails since last year .. he almost had me once til I sit and started doing my checks on this so called collection .. after seeing all these post from different sites now I need to know what steps to do to keep it from going any further.. this person know to much info like my ss, date of birth, etc please give some info of what to do

    Gee, seems as though everybody has the same case number.  Checking the address for this fraud and find not in this location.  All immigration lawyers.  So, take a hike Victor

    Just received the same email, with a few changes. Im not required to report to the hearing and my case number is different... but the amount “owed” is the same. Definitely a scam but i bet they make a lot of money using this scare tactic on people who don’t actually know what debts they owe.

    This Proceeding issued on you Docket No: - SP/L-7377890 with one of National Credit Collections company in order to notify you that after making calls to you on your phone number we were not able to get a hold of you so the accounts department of “THE SEMRAD LAW FIRM” has decided to mark this case as a flat refusal and press legal charges against you.

    We have sent you this warning notification about legal proceedings on November 21, 2018 but you failed to respond on time now it’s high time if you failed to respond in the next 24 HOURS we will register this case in court.
