In January of last year I purchesed a new phone which was a nightmare from day one.The phone did not work.
I called them and was told that I would receive a new one which I did,this one did not work nor,did the next (8) eight phones they sent me.In November a tech. told me that he could not get a signal on the phone I received that day an he transfered my call to what he called their loyalty dept.a youg lady said that she wanted to help by sending me a different phone since i've bee with them for over 5 yrs.
I agreed to it.
I didn't pull my drawers up fast enough because the socked it to me.
They wanted to charge me a re-stocking fee for the last phone that they said they would not take back plus, pay for the one I received that did work plus a $800 dollar fee early termination fee on three phones I had in my family and many other fees totaling up to $1997.98,all because I refused
to pay the re-stock fee.
