As a former employee of Expand, Inc., I can unequivocally say that Attorneys ( Thomas A. Sadaka & Myra Nicholson)  hired by Alec knew of his business practices. Alec business partners Education Dynamics and Haylard Capital had to have known also. They knew Alec operated under various fictitious company names such as Expand Inc. dba Softrock dba Gigats.com dba EducationMatch.com dba Three Stars Media, Inc. dba Internet Solutions Corporation because there were many online stories written aboutt of his business practices; the Orlando Sentinel Reportoer Helen Hunt and the Washington Posts a paper who also own Kaplan University. Ralph Edward Bell a Principal in his  businesses had previously been sanctioned by the FTC for his role in modeling scams.

The sole purpose of hiring Attorneys were to harass bloggers mainly Les Henderson of Canada, Archie Garga-Richardson, founder of scamFRAUDalert and Tabatha Marshall of the State of Washington, founder of PhishingBucket.com.

Haylard Capital and Education Dynamics had to have known when in 2010 they agreed to acquire Education Connection from Kaplan, a subsidiary of The Washington Post Company then Alec's employer. This is how big of a scam this EDUCATION LEAD GENERATION BUSINESS is when you have a reputable news organization whose parent company is behind the operation of Alec Difrawi directly or indirectly. His methods of generating leads are now the NORMS.
