Harassing phone calls

I’ve been receiving phone calls from this company. When I finally had the time to stay on the line to address the problem, which is they are trying to track down a distant relative I have no contact with, I was immediately screamed at and called a b**** by a very angry male. Least professional encounter I’ve ever had. Vile people.
