False reporting of. Me frauding when I was notified about it I was over looked

I opened an acct with this bank, not ever receiving my permanent ATM card I was notified by the bank of  unnormal activity with my account, once I contacted the back they stated a transfer to my account was performed and someone went through the ATM wearing a mask and unknown license plate got $700 cash I informed them at that time it wasn't me and closed acct reported fraud case be opened and investigated and so I assumed this was being done until I got my credit report and it was reported on my account frAud on bank of America. I was so upset and it's still in my report seems nothing was ever done and it's effecting me really bad especially at my work tried to go through my credit union and he said due to this on my report banks will deny me. I investigated  a little myself and was talking to a co worker and she was done this same way sane bank sane kind of activity. Bad business but I feel helpless very upset at the same time help me please
