Unauthorized credit card charges

I ordered this product for my sister. I thought it could be a nice gift. Once I got the free trial, I learned that I had two weeks to return the product in order not to be billed for membership $69.95.

So I sent it back the next day via the post office - paid for the shipping myself. Two weeks later I got charged $20 re-stocking fee!!! That what I found out when I called them to complain. Can someone re-stock facial care products? I don't think so. There is also nothing in the terms and conditions at their website.

Please read their terms and conditions carefully. When you choose to cancel your membership you have to send back the unused portion. What kind of company does this? It's ridiculous.
