Equipment

It is unfair to lock the large exercise balls in the exercise room.  I believe that I am entitled to use all equipment at all times.  Certainly these balls are not dangerous.  So why keep them locked?

We need the shelves in the shower stall replaced since they were removed about a year or more ago.  There is not place to put shampoo or soap.

Your employees need an attitude adjustment; they are all unfriendly and look terribly unhappy.  This attitude spills out onto the paying customers, like me.
