COMPLAINT AGAINST THE PRINCIPAL DPS HISSAR

Dear Sir/Madam,
1. This is to bring into your knowledge about the personal grievances of the udersigned. My daughter Miss Dravisha Katoch has been studying in class 4th section A,at DPS Hissar (Haryana) for last one year,she has been recently promoted to class 5th. I am an army officer, presently undergoing an army course at Ahmednagar. My wife had deposited in cash rupess 10 thousand eight hundred as admission fees to the next academic session on 6th April 2009.The school authorities gave a temporary receipt having remarks endorsed as not for tax and accounting purposes .Due to my warning order received of my posting to another station the next day my wife had approached the principal of DPS HIssar on 10th April for striking off my daughter's name for next academic session and refund the fees deposited. The principal, Mr Goswami was very dicourteous towards my wife and also flatly refused of refunding the fees,moreover when i contacted him about the matter he disconnected my call in between and later never picked up my calls.
2. It is requested by the undersigned that this case to be resolved by the head office of DPS family and also such a rude behaviour and harassment to the family of an army officer by the Principal should be strictly dealt with and my money to be refunded by the school authorities at the earliest.It is also intimated that, if no action is being taken in this regard within a week the undersigned will be approaching the consumer court and court of law for the said complaint.
