poor quality of reebok watches

On depositing term deposit with ICICI Bank Ltd,Reeok watch was given to me .The watch is neither giing the correct time nor key is provided to adjust the time.The band of the watch has already torn. All these damages your reputation. Phone call to your help desk has also no yield any positive response. As the watch is still under warranty I request you to rectify the defects/replace he same.

i have purchased the reebok wrist watch. i purchased that from the company of home shpo18. your products which they sell are not sufficient. they all are fake products. i m really not happy with your products. pls tell what to do now. otherwise i have to suit the case against you.
