Myself Pratik Boob,I have bought Samsung washing machine on May 04, 2014 from Pune shop address - SHOP NO 2&3 SR.NO. 23 & 25, NR HOTEL KHUSHBOO, DHANKAWADI, SATARA ROAD PUNE, 411043 at that time i had been told that person will come for a demo.But no one has come till today(almost seven days after purchase).I want someone immediately on my below address A2/104, Shree Parshwa Nagar Society, Behind Sahnti Nagar, Kondhwa Budurk, Pune - 48. We are receiving very irresponsible response from the shop owner.pl take necessary action immediately.

None has bothered to inform us when they will install the machine and connect it up , give demonstration.
Bought the machine from Girias Indiranagar , Bangalore and installation at Mysore.
The standard reply from call center officials is that they will report to Service center.
I changed over to Samsung from IFB , I think I made a mistake in choosing the brand Samsung.
Also a new refrigerator was delivered without a manual which is very unlikely of such a big brand like Samsung ; still unbelievable !!.
Co-ordination between dealers and Company people is lacking , I feel....!!.
Please take action to stream line your installation and after sales services to improve your brand ; technology and good equipment alone will not be a "factor " for marketing & sales.
