Handling Fee tacked on

LuxuryHomeOutlet.com advertises low prices and free shipping.  However, once you get to checkout, they tack on a substantial "handling fee" which puts their prices above their competitors.  

I find these tactics annoying and dishonest.  I will never shop with these guys again.
