I purchased a  gravity beach chair in zellers courtenay city, before i asked some employees for the chair i was looking for and they told me the chairs were in sale so is good to buy in the moment, i bought it the next day i realized that i didn't have any disscount,I decided going to ask about it, after sending me employee after employee only for a simple question I ended with a very rude woman that I presume was the manager, her look was rude already but when she opened her mouth just to match her look so rude instead of say "sorry those chairs are not in the sale" she lectured me with arrogant look and accused me to lie to her about chair having discounts. How a manager can make a huge rude deal for something so little, If she is tired of working in the store leave the job for someone who would do a good job, and this lady should leave her fustrations in life separated from work. Next time i need do some shopping be sure My choice is not going to be zellers, I know is only one person The 2k I spent last year is not going hurt zellers, sure  wouldn't even care but lossing costumers for this arrogant rude lady. I leave it to you. No coming back to that store store fix my problem but you have to live with that bad employee.
