Avoid Directbuy and their contractor Plan by Design They offer great service upfront, but don't deliver when it comes time to install. Loretta charges a ridiculous amount for the design and then when things went wrong with the product she wanted additional money to come to the site. Direct was no better, replying that we had to deal with her. Avoid both of them, they don't support their design or product
