I have 13 $5 charges on my card. This is ridiculous.

Whenever you have unauthorized charges..
Contact your bank immediately to dispute them as fraudulent, and have your bank block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further fraud and theft. Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
