Wiring left when service disconnected plus house soffit is broken.

When we discontinued service the tech came out and cut the wires or whatever they do to remove service.  Originally the installer broke through the sofit to get the wiring into the house.  The tech who removed the service left the wires showing on the outside plus the sofit was still way out of position and a place that birds, bees or other animals can get into the house.
I would like to have a tech come and get rid of the wiring that shows plus place the sofit so there is a tight fit to the house.  I would have thought that to put the house back into the original shape that it was when they installed the system in the beginning would be part of the process when system is removed or discontinued.
