Have received MANY calls on this subject - via my cellular and home phones.
Most recent caller ID points to (484) 380-3096. These people need to be hunted down and done away with.

Appears to be an "auto warranty" scam:
https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-484-380-3096/13
"Pressed "1" to speak to an "automotive warranty specialist", told the dude to stop calling me and he hung up. "
May be spoofing caller id, as those calling back get an "out of service" message, while google shows an apparent residence in PA under that number.
One report ties it to a known "auto warranty" operation out of MO, already being sued by the MO AG.

"Kimberly - 3 Jul 2008
Yet another call from this group. Last one was from number 215-579-1035 (Linda Wospil). Exact same gig, "Your warranty is about to expire. This is your last notice." (I could be so lucky... this is about my 10th "last notice".
1) Which car is it on? "It's on a vehicle made between 1995 and 2007"
2) Which would that be? I have seven? "Um... it's on your Ford."
3) But I don't own a Ford. "You don't own a Ford? Okay, well I'll put you on our Do Not Call list."
4) Where are you located? "Las Vegas"
5) What is your company's name? "Warranty Services"
6) Are you working from home or are you working in an office. "I'm in an office. We have all kinds of things here, like TVS, computers, I am using a head set and I have a keyboard. Why are you asking me so many questions?" (I replied, "I am trying to figure out which one of my seven vehicles you are talking about."
7) What's the physical address of the building you are located in? "You are asking too many questions. Why don't you start giving me the year, make and model of your vehicles and then I might answer a few of your questions." (I replied that I was trying to figure out which of my vehicles has a warranty that is expiring since I don't have a Ford, asking which other Make or Model it could be... he repeated the "1995 to 2007" story.)
8) Do you know Kathrine Fugazy? "Who?" Kathrin Fugazy, her name came up on my caller ID. "Oh, that might be the boss..."
9) Do you know Linda Wospil? (Her number came up as 215-579-1035, last time they called and I was told the company was "Auto Solutions".) Her name came up the last time you guys called me. "She's probably one of the owner directors. I don't know the name of every person who works at the company. You're asking too many questions - like you're a cop or something. I'm putting you on our Do Not Call list"
10) I asked if he was saying it would be a problem if I were in law enforcement and why he would put me on the Do Not Call list if he thought I was in law enforcement. The line went silent...
Caller ID: Kathryine Fugazy
Caller: Consumer Services"

The other day when I got another one, I decided to punch in #1 to 'talk' to a service rep. When the girl got on the phone I gave her all bogus info and then asked her "are you able to find my file" to which she replied "oh yes Miss Burton" (the bogus name I gave her) She then was going to transfer me to another person to set up the account at which time I told her that she was a liar and I didn't have any such file as the info I gave her was all made up!!! She then preceeded to yell and scream, to which I gave her a few choice words and advised if they called again I would file a police report for harrasment. I will now be filing with the FCC.
