I had miss place my debit card called the bank the lady didn't know how to handle issue hang up on me, When I went in to solve the problem the different lady stop me told me they didn't have time or appoiment, And I was the problem and called me Honey, Went back home got the card re issue they said that any bank can do that has long it was wells fargo.

Went back the Lady Roxanne was waiting I told her about the lady that was rude, She did apologize
and the hover over me like I was going to make a sense and then said sorry, we aren't going to do that for cause we don't have enough staff, She did call another bank they didn't have time.

She did apologize and she did appreciate me business I told her I was close to leaving this bank cause what business people call people or anybody Honey!!!  And she said she wasn't going to help me that day,And then told me have a good day.

I did tell her that she doesn't really care, Other wise she would be writing that lady up that called me Honey!!!  Or at least talk to her and she said wasn't going to do that, And wasn't going to help me and need to go to a different bank if that the case, I need manager on this right now !
