No items received

I recently ordered several sets of movies, paid $150 and never received anything from AllMyFavoriteShows.com. They sent me a tracking number but the post office does not have my package.

Their phone number have been disconnected as far as I can tell, and live chart support center people are telling me that my order is being processed....
