Unauthorized charge

I have been a member of pogo for approximately 2 years and really enjoy it. BUT I never authorized a charge of $39.99 to my account. I did go into the EA games to see how much they cost, and could not find the amount, so I went into BUY and when I saw the price I immediately went out of that site. SO I never authorized the buy. Just because POGO has my info, does not give you the authority to charge my account without my knowledge. Please reverse this charge immediately.

I have loved pogo for years now but between not being able to get into award games, having to hit Java 1,0000 times due to programming inefficiencies, I'm about to lose my mind. It would be different if I could send them an email or Contact them. But God forbid, you CONTACT them. They do not want to be contacted. Death before communication. I go to Pogo for release from my problems. Unfortunately they are frustrating me to the point of insanity. Perhaps they ought to communicate with their patrons. What a freakin' concept. If you would just listen to me, Pogo, I wouldn't despise you.
