I have been a member of pogo for approximately 2 years and really enjoy it. BUT I never authorized a charge of $39.99 to my account. I did go into the EA games to see how much they cost, and could not find the amount, so I went into BUY and when I saw the price I immediately went out of that site. SO I never authorized the buy. Just because POGO has my info, does not give you the authority to charge my account without my knowledge. Please reverse this charge immediately.

    I was a POGO member until last year when I cancelled.I really enjoyed playing their games because my Mom & I could go into the same "room"and play together.I was paying monthly and debited from my account and the monthly amount kept increasing.It was up to $6.95 per month and I had not purchased any of the "extra cost"download games.Then I got an e-mail saying it was going to be $9.95 a month.Found out my Mom was paying like $34.95 for the year!Cancelled it immediately.

    I was checking my bank account when I noticed a charge for pogo games. I have never even been to their site before. So I went to the site to contact them and get the charge taken off my card. I had to sign up just to get their contact information, then I find out it is only an email. I couldn't find a phone number to call. I emailed them, but it can take 24 hours. I don't have 24 hours. I only had 20 in my bank account and they are charging me 39, and my two youngest kids are completely out of diapers, seriously, I have one wrapped in a towel.     i just bought the mermaid and water back ground when i play dice city and win my picture dosent even open up im pritty upset over it why buy anything please e mail me about this so i know you got my letter thank you jdd15@cox.net.

    I have had unauthorized monies taken out of my checking account for the last several months. I do not play on pogo. My account has been canceled for quite some time. I would like a refund. I have reported this to my bank. Thank You

    They force you to download Java, and it still doesn't work. run java, run java, run java 50,0000 times.
    I have loved pogo for years now but between not being able to get into award games, having to hit Java 1,0000 times due to programming inefficiencies, I'm about to lose my mind. It would be different if I could send them an email or Contact them. But God forbid, you CONTACT them. They do not want to be contacted. Death before communication. I go to Pogo for release from my problems. Unfortunately they are frustrating me to the point of insanity. Perhaps they ought to communicate with their patrons. What a freakin' concept. If you would just listen to me, Pogo, I wouldn't despise you.

    whats going on???? i been a club pogo member for 3 or4 years now and only paid 39.95 for each yr. this jan or feb 2014, you debited my master card for 69.95 and it says i owe again i n may 2014!!!!! give me some answers , now   an di want to take my master card info off of pogo site and will subscribe each year .... if i want too.please answer

    I had a problem getting in POGO so I decided to become a member again to play the games.  So now I am being charged each month it ws suppose to be for 1 month. Could i please get the credit for thid month? it was only for 1 month that I played in aother name.
