My mother and my sister joined a trial program from T-Mobile in Dec.  They disliked the service because it wouldn't work in our area.  They returned the phones within the week time frame they had without supposidly being charged.  My husband and I keep getting phone calls from T-Mobile stating they need to pay their bill.  My sister and mother never gave T-Mobile my phone number as an alternate contact number.  My husband are renting an apartment from my parents so we are thinking they cross refrenced the numbers that both my sister and my mother called with the address they had on their account. The man on the phone also had the nerve to tell my husband that since they couldn't get ahold of my mother or sister that we would be responsible for all charges.

File written complaints against T-Mobile with FCC, FTC, your state AG, and your local DA.  Document the dates and times of the calls, any names or other identification provided by the caller, and what was said.  Include that you have requested that they stop calling you, if that is the case, and that they have disclosed details of other people's debts to you even though they knew you were not the debtor.

They don't just get to threaten to fabricate and falsify their billing information, theatening to make you pay what they already admit they know you don't owe.  That crosses the line from attempting to collect an alleged debt from your parents to attempting to extort you.

That sucks. I don't have any advice but I have suncom now and it's my understanding that tmobil is buying suncom and I am very unhappy about the change.

I also had the same situation with T-Mobile.
I am out $321 after returning the phones because they would not work in our area (after "promises" that they would). I faxed, called, sent mail repeatedly. Always promising to send me a check which they never did. They DO NOT belong to Better Business Bureau. Never do any business with a company that does not have BBB behind them. Hard lesson learned.

T-Mobile sent me a text message a few weeks ago telling me that my early cancellation fee and November - December 2012 bill was canceled due to my entering into a new $50.00 prepaid plan with them beginning January 13, 2013. Now, I'm being harrassed by enormous phone calls and all day every day telephone malfunctionmalfunctions.

About 8 months ago my wife and I signed up for T-Mobile with 2 phone.  There was no signal at our home nor at our work. We went a T-Mobile in Snellville and they indicated that there was nothing they could do for us.  We returned our phone and they said that we would probably provider.  We did just that with Verizon.

T-Mobile began badgering use indicating that we owed several hundred dollars as we did not complete the contract.  I told them that they did not complete the contract as they did not provide the service they promised.  The collection company began calling as many as 7 times a day.  I told them I would not pay them anything.

Anybody considering using T-Mobile, think about it again.  There is no poorer cell provider than T-Mobile on the planet.  They are also ruthless with their collection tactics.  Please learn from my mistake and stay away from the the poorest provider that I have ever used.

A woman with the name of Lilly (not sure whether  it is real) having a phone #415 429 9333 (server T Mobile) called my office and said she was from Columbia University and wanted some input on technical matter.  We found out that this was a spoofed call and the intention was harassment.  Please deal with this seriously so no one else is subject to this treatment.  Thank you.

I have received a call from TMobil every hour for one week.  Then every 1/2 hour for days, then every 30 minutes
and now for over 10 days every 15 minutes.  Everytime I call T Mobiel the people tell me they are putting in a ticket, file says no ticket put in.  Then I threaten making a police report and I am told I should have asked for solutions. Its now calling me every ten minutes.  I went to store, no help. Hold time is a minimum of 20 minutes.  Something is going on and its being hidden I think as I have called 7 times and each time its been untruthfull and now its getting arrogant. HOW CAN I GET THIS TO STOP?  Changing number is not practical now due to hurricanes and emergency phone calls from tenants. HELP

Thank . god i was able to run fast enough before he striked like he hits his girlfriend and ive seen it. This Adam Young should be fired or arressted for harrassment.
