We purchased a King size double Bob O Pedic mattress. After a few months of an allergic reaction, we took the bed apart and found out we had bed bugs.  My husband and I never have experienced this problem before.  Contacted Customer Service and they are giving us the run around, they even went as far as saying"Their warehouse is so clean you can eat from their floor" What, is the employee telling me, my home is dirty???? Law suit should be filed based on all of the complaints I'm reading.  I'm contacting an attorney soon.....

    I brought a bed from Bob's Furniture Store. It wasn't until months later that I notice bites on my legs. I never ever had a problem with bugs in my home (single family home). And now this! I am waiting for an exterminator to come out today. Scared of the cost - just got finished paying for the furniture. Isn't there any way a class action suit can take place?

      Same thing here my daughter has been being eaten alive and the bed is the only new thing in her room. I'm so pissed and disguisted

      Yes, I plan on reaching out to as many people as I can because I too have been a victim of bobs and his bed bugs. I purchased a bunk bed Jan 2014 for my kids and it went undetected until Dec 7, 2015 mind you my son has been to his pediatrician, allergist, dermatologist. I will be in touch with as many who are willing to be apart of this law suit i intend to pursue,

        My boyfriend  sister got a mattress from bobs and said it was clarence  and she should  have had covers on it so they aren't responsible  for it

        They are refusing to give me my money back and I KNOW the bedbugs came from BOBS FURNITURE STORE from the mattress I purchased from them!

            Was a lawsuit ever filed? I just bought a new bed from Bobs just a few weeks ago and over the past week or so, my boyfriend and I have been getting eaten alive. That's the only new thing in my room so it's got to be from the bed.  Please let me know. My email is cbarnes306@gmail.com.

            If you will file IM IN. We bought a living room set and the chair was infested with bed bugs. We bought it in Aug-Sept 2016. Something has to be done. I will give you my contact info if your interested. Thanks.

              I purchased a living set i January whenever i sat on it i was being eaten alive.i called customer service snd spoke with several people snd they all say SORRY there's nothing they can do. Stating there delivery trucks are very clean.but i ask how can that be? They deliver abd remove old furniture in the wame truck.this living-room set is the only furniture in my apt.we all need to get together and do a class A lawsuit.

            I have the same problem with a mattress I purchased from them spent like around 2300 for the mattress and box spring. Me and my kids have been eaten alive. Spent hundreds of dollars on dermatologist and prescriptions. I know what's wrong throwing mines completely out the house tonight. Omg I'm so pissed.               Stay away from this bedbugs infested store. We bought 3 bedroom sets from BOB furniture and all of them are infested with bedbugs. We just moved into a brand new home. I called Bobs on numerous occasions and all I am getting is the run around. I need my money back. All of us have been bitten up so badly. I called them again today(5 minutes ago) and they are acting like my home is dirty...seriously!!!!!

        Hi, I am reading through the bed bug complaints from Bobs because I too had purchased a KING size bed from Bobs in April 2016 and for months we have been getting itchy and bites, but saw no visible bugs.  I took my children to an allergist who commented that the red bumps appeared to be bed bug bites.  I ignored that comment and continued our allergy testings, as I was sure that we did not have bed bugs since we have never had a pest issue before and I NEVER saw any bugs in my bed or home.  Just today I had an exterminator here who has opened up my box spring to reveal a bed bug infestation. His expertise states that this is a 5 month infestation.  WOW!!  5 months ago I had my home renovated and purchased my BOBS bed.  He said that it is more than likely that this came from BOB=S warehouse, as just last week he did a job for a woman whom bought a new BOBS heaboard and then suddenly had an infestation in her headboard and bed of bed bugs.  Apparently, after she called BOBS, they seemed that this is an ongoing issue they have been having and are not surprised at all.  How do I go about this?  How did you handle this with BOBS and what was your outcome?? Just looking for some advice.  Thank you-

            I recently discovered that there are bed bugs in my newly purchased queen from Bob's. They are trying to give me the run-around right now. I am pissed. If there is any action being made against them, I want in. The only way we can make these [***] pay and make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else is if enough of us unite in our stand against them.               I been having similar issues since 2013 with bob's furniture from my two sofas that's are now infested with Bed bugs through out my bedrooms and they won't give me my money back or the warranty I added with furniture I purchased and I too want to file a lawsuit because they cannot get away with this.         Oh my God this is a nightmare I've been going crazy for months I went to the doctor. I could not find out what was biting mean making my skin turn red have all these rash all over my legs to my back my hair keeps scratching me Non-Stop white flaky things keeps coming out looking like rice also the lining of the mattress around it looks like it's just been sold and green stuff comes out of it and also that green stuff from the lining I find in my hair I call Bob's father clean and the lady told me there's nothing she could do because the warehouse is a clean place but you put in my claim remind you all of my hair fell out. Very depressed about this situation. Cant sleep as I used to this is a nightmare . I would like to be a part of the lawsuit as well this was very miserable for me went through a lot

          Omg,  I'm going through the same exact thing except,  I  see black tiny little bit bugs and ref little bugs that you might mistake for particles. And in the chairs,  I see the same black looking bugs and red little things that look like particles if you don't shine a bright light on them and I have the same problem as fast the white  flaky stuff after being bitten.  My face legs hair arms . My beautiful skin is scared and doesn't seem to want to heal! 😥😰😥
