We purchased a King size double Bob O Pedic mattress. After a few months of an allergic reaction, we took the bed apart and found out we had bed bugs. My husband and I never have experienced this problem before. Contacted Customer Service and they are giving us the run around, they even went as far as saying"Their warehouse is so clean you can eat from their floor" What, is the employee telling me, my home is dirty???? Law suit should be filed based on all of the complaints I'm reading. I'm contacting an attorney soon.....

I called Bob's and they claim their warehouse and delivery trucks are clean and they set traps. I told a highly reputable extermination company what they said and their reply was, there is no such thing.
Also, they take everyone's old mattress when they deliver a new one and furniture. Not a very sanitary way of a guarantee of not getting an infestation of bed bugs.
I have tried to talk to them and have been given the run around. This is the kicker right here, in May 2016 I purchased a sofa and ottoman.....Guess what? Yes, bedbugs! No, they didn't come from their warehouse is what they claim. I don't believe it for a minute. I have to pay an exterminator 1700.00 to get rid of their screw up. They need to be a reputable company and step up to the plate and quit blaming someone else and help the consumers who purchased their infested merchandise. Period!
Bob's Furniture, how would you feel if you or one of your loved ones were getting bed bug bites and seeing the bugs, blood and fecal matter? Disquisting, that's right!
I'm not letting this issue slip away. This has got to stop!!!!

I too, am reading all the BB complaints on BOBS because in March/April we purtchased a King size bed from them (very expensive too) along with the BOBS Bed Protector package (a mattress protector that zippers around the bed to protect it from pests, mites, allergens, etc., a second elastic corner mattress protector- waterproof for over the zip on one, and 2 King size, zipper on pillow protectors.) which was an additiuonal $250. Well, over the past few months, since we had the bed, we have become itchy at times. I even took my kids to an allergist who stated during the visit "It appears that you may have bed bug bites" which i completely ignored, I have NEVER EVER had any type of pest, bug, rodent problem in my life!! All of a sudden, last week I found a small bug crawling on my bed, I reasearched it and to my suprise... BED BUG!! I had an exterminator here today who ripped open the boix spring and found an infestation of BB. He went through my entire home and stated that my box spring is the core to the problem and where it all began, and that this probably start 5 / 6 months ago. The only way this could have happened in this manner with a brand new bed is if it came with a BB problem. The reason I am replying to you is because I see you purchased your BOBS furniture around the same time as myself and you seemed to notice and become aware of your BB problem from the furniture around the same time as I did (5 months later.) Have you contacted them and received a response to this? I also just met a woman who purchased a headboard from there and then became infested with BB, which must have came in on the new headboard. This seems to be an ongoing problem. They have complaints going back to 2012. How can they just deny their customers a solution to them destroying their life!! Thats how I feel, its destroying my life. I think about these little critters all day and night, I wont sleep in my bed, I wont allow my kids into that room or near it, I threw away about $800 worth of clothes because they were in a closet near the bed and the exterminator told me that they move out of the boxspring and go into closets during the day sometimes and go into clothes. I literally feel like I am having a break down and from what im reading, BOBS doesnt give a [***].. They will take $3000 for a bed and deliver you a frustrating, almost impossible issue to resolve with out spending a small fortune. I am letting every website, social media site, review portal know about BOBS BED BUG REPUTATION AND TRACK RECORD WITH THEIR NO HELP AND DENIAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
Apparently they had a BED BUG problem in their warehouse during this time period, it is not a coincidence that people purchased furniture from BOBS during these months and have become a buffet for BED BUGS nightly!!!!

Ashley furniture comes wrapped fully and is the same in price really. I will order from there from now on.
As I purchaded my furniture by opening a credit line, I think it is unfair to have to pay the remaining balance since all of the products came to me defected. If there is a lawsuit, I would be more than happy to throw my name and support on it.
