We purchased a King size double Bob O Pedic mattress. After a few months of an allergic reaction, we took the bed apart and found out we had bed bugs.  My husband and I never have experienced this problem before.  Contacted Customer Service and they are giving us the run around, they even went as far as saying"Their warehouse is so clean you can eat from their floor" What, is the employee telling me, my home is dirty???? Law suit should be filed based on all of the complaints I'm reading.  I'm contacting an attorney soon.....

    i bought a mattress and box spring from Bob's Furniture and bedbugs were in box spring. Took almost $1000 for exterminator. Plus paranoia about them l being gone. Bob denies it. Says they wrap their mattresses well... Not true.

    I bought a bunk bed from Bobs on Jan 29, 2015 and I too have found bed bugs and had an exterminator come out 12/9/15. I had documentation of all the events not to mention pictures supporting everything and they too stated they can not do anything for me. They mentioned that they spray all their furniture down before it gets shipped out. I will never buy furniture from this company nor refer anyone to buy from them. they are horrible and didn't even try to resolve my issue. I threw out beds, couches everything.

      I also bought  a couch  from Bobs it was infested with  bedbugs  bit my son up so bad.  Got a flashlight and looked and OMG took me  3 hrs to get  it out.  Had to break it down  to get it out my house.  Waited 9 months to get another one  from them and have  bedbugs  again 4/5/16 I called them and they fed me a bunch of crap.  They will  be  hearing from  my lawyer.

        I bought my bed in April with bed bugs too... So,l apparently in April they had a bed bug infestation in their warehouse, or something!!!!

    BedBugs we have the same problem. 6 moths we purchase a bed, I will like to be on the lawsuit.

    Hi i bought a living room  set from Bob's never had bed bugs  now there  only in the couch wth do I do I feel I am going  crazy. I am very  clean. Help me please

    Add me to the list.  Bought a sofa and love seat from Bobs, I slept on it the night it was delivered and woke up with bites on my arms.  I flipped it over and found BBs in the crevices of the wooden arms.  I wish I had taken pictures before we sprayed.  I thought the problem was gone, but sure enough, two months later it happened again.  apparently its very difficult to kill them.

    Add me to the list of Bob's bed bug infested furniture. Buyer Beware!  I purchased a 4 piece bedroom set in March 2016 and we just discovered in August 2016 bedbugs everywhere under the mattress, in the screws, in the underneath storage drawers, on the floor, in the dresser drawers, and etc. It was awful! Entire bedroom infested. There is fecal matter all over the slats of the bed. This bed does not require a box spring. The bed, when we removed the mattress, wasn't even assembled properly. Also, the mattress which they claim is the best all around is another line of theirs. It's only 5 months old and is sagging in the center.

    I called Bob's and they claim their warehouse and delivery trucks are clean and they set traps. I told a highly reputable extermination company what they said and their reply was, there is no such thing.

    Also, they take everyone's old mattress when they deliver a new one and furniture. Not a very sanitary way of a guarantee of not getting an infestation of bed bugs.

    I have tried to talk to them and have been given the run around. This is the kicker right here, in May 2016 I purchased a sofa and ottoman.....Guess what? Yes, bedbugs! No, they didn't come from their warehouse is what they claim. I don't believe it for a minute. I have to pay an exterminator 1700.00 to get rid of their screw up. They need to be a reputable company and step up to the plate and quit blaming someone else and help the consumers who purchased their infested merchandise. Period!

    Bob's Furniture, how would you feel if you or one of your loved ones were getting bed bug bites and seeing the bugs, blood and fecal matter?  Disquisting, that's right!

    I'm not letting this issue slip away. This has got to stop!!!!

    If there really is a case against them, please contact me. We purchased a sofa from bobs in February, had it delivered early March. We'd noticed a few bites here and there, but the summer months are upon us so I naturally assumed they were mosquito bites. Over the past month the bites have become more frequent, so I decided to check the couch (I sleep on the couch nightly, as my second pregnancy didn't treat my back too well). Sure enough, I've found bed bugs. I just emailed Bob's, and I plan on calling first thing in the morning. But from what I'm reading above... There's nothing they will do anyway. I've found 2 adults and a few smaller ones so far, but I haven't torn into the bottom of the sofa yet. It's under their 5 year protection plan, so I'd hate for them to deny us any help because I ruined the sofa looking for bugs. If anyone has any advice on how to deal with this, please reply below. I've never dealt with this before, so I'm a bit nervous (and itchy).
    The whole situation really stinks because I love this sofa!  :(

      I too, am reading all the BB complaints on BOBS because in March/April we purtchased a King size bed from them (very expensive too) along with the BOBS Bed Protector package (a mattress protector that zippers around the bed to protect it from pests, mites, allergens, etc., a second elastic corner mattress protector- waterproof for over the zip on one, and 2 King size, zipper on pillow protectors.) which was an additiuonal $250.  Well, over the past few months, since we had the bed, we have become itchy at times.  I even took my kids to an allergist who stated during the visit "It appears that you may have bed bug bites" which i completely ignored, I have NEVER EVER had any type of pest, bug, rodent problem in my life!!  All of a sudden, last week I found a small bug crawling on my bed, I reasearched it and to my suprise... BED BUG!! I had an exterminator here today who ripped open the boix spring and found an infestation of BB.  He went through my entire home and stated that my box spring is the core to the problem and where it all began, and that this probably start 5 / 6 months ago.  The only way this could have happened in this manner with a brand new bed is if it came with a BB problem.  The reason I am replying to you is because I see you purchased your BOBS furniture around the same time as myself and you seemed to notice and become aware of your BB problem from the furniture around the same time as I did (5 months later.)   Have you contacted them and received a response to this?  I also just met a woman who purchased a headboard from there and then became infested with BB, which must have came in on the new headboard.  This seems to be an ongoing problem.  They have complaints going back to 2012.  How can they just deny their customers a solution to them destroying their life!!  Thats how I feel, its destroying my life.  I think about these little critters all day and night, I wont sleep in my bed, I wont allow my kids into that room or near it, I threw away about $800 worth of clothes because they were in a closet near the bed and the exterminator told me that they move out of the boxspring and go into closets during the day sometimes and go into clothes.  I literally feel like I am having a break down and from what im reading, BOBS doesnt give a [***].. They will take $3000 for a bed and deliver you a frustrating, almost impossible issue to resolve with out spending a small fortune.  I am letting every website, social media site, review portal know about BOBS BED BUG REPUTATION AND TRACK RECORD WITH THEIR NO HELP AND DENIAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

    I  am disgusted by what am reading here. Wished I had done my research before buying from Bob's furniture. I purchase a mattress and box spring in February 2016,  3 weeks ago my 3 year old and I woke up to numerous bumps . had an exterminator came in today to find out my box spring in filled with bed bugs. Its the only new furnishings I bought in the past 6 years.

    I purchased a sofa bed from bobs around February  2016, I didn't notice anything until recently when I came back from a trip. And noticed bed bugs in my sofa!  The sofa bed is the ONLY thing in my place that has the bugs. So I know this is a BOBS furniture issue. I just need to know how to move forth with this matter.     Apparently they had a BED BUG problem in their warehouse during this time period, it is not a coincidence that people purchased furniture from BOBS during these months and have become a buffet for BED BUGS nightly!!!!

    My husband and I speculate the same about Bobs and our case of bed bugs a year and a half ago. I won't use Bobs ever again. One should not connect bed bugs to cleanliness. Obviously the person who said this does not understand that bed bugs seek Co2 and blood from humans, not dirt and grime. The issue is probably that they do not clean their trucks after transport of old furniture. Bed bugs from previous infestations probably spread to new cargo and hide.

    Ashley furniture comes wrapped fully and is the same in price really. I will order from there from now on.

      Don't by from them throw out your bed bomb it after take all your cloth wash them at laundry mat bomb ur room once week for five months u can't save mattress or box don't bomb your room when your mattress is in it u can't save it no good try save it and bomb it they will go running

    I recently purchased a BOB FURNITURE youth bed and mattress.  I'm realizing that my son has been getting bit.  We pulled aparr the bed and found bugs in between the wood compartments. Before I contact BOB to get the same response and my husband get irate with them please keep me posted with any lawsuit @ bksoflyy@gmail.com

    I have been looking for updated complaints and am somewhat comforted that I am not the only one dealing with this. I purchased all of my furniture for my new apartment from Bob's Furniture and have regretted this decision ever since. I made my purchase in March and didn't notice anything until June when I started waking up to bites all over my body. One night, I woke up to see an adult bug sucking on my arm. I was horrified! From June through October, I have had approximately 6 pesticide treatments done to my furniture and apartment (with all my exterminators stating that the infestation came from the furniture), lived out of bags, dealt with isolation and insomnia and depression. I have not been able to enjoy my new apartment or invite people over for fear that someone else will have to live through this hell.

    As I purchaded my furniture by opening a credit line, I think it is unfair to have to pay the remaining balance since all of the products came to me defected. If there is a lawsuit, I would be more than happy to throw my name and support on it.
