One of my biggest complaints when going on freebie websites (or getting newsletters from certain sites that I subscribe to) is when they SAY you'll be getting something "free", but when you click on the link, you have to go through half a million sponsor sh** before it lets you actually get the "free" item!  You end up paying for something in the end, anyway, so in reality, the "free" thing you wanted to get in the first place wasn't really free!
To me, if you have to complete sponsor offers and pay out of your own pocket to get whatever the "free" item is, then you really aren't getting a "free sample"--what you're looking at is a gimmick.
That just really burns me up!!!!!
Just thought I'd take the time to vent while I was here!

You are soooooooo right. It is total BS to fill out those surveys of stuff you don't want or need..either it is a FREE sample or it isn't. It is just a sneaky way to get info to spam you to death.
