Scheduling is a nightmare with A & E. They give you a 4-hour time frame expecting you to be there, then after you have waited, they cancel because they did not plan well enough, and schedule for another time 2 or 3 weeks later.

Also, they have been here 5 times in an attempt to service our brand new Electrolux wall oven with no success.

I cringe at the thought of having to depend on them for scheduling or service.

    My oven went out about a week and half ago.  My home warranty gave us your name to fix the oven.  I had previously A&E for small projects and were satisfied with the results.  A service technician came out on 6/17/2011 at the end of the 4 hour time frame.  He had to order a part for the stove and schedule a day to replace it.  6/24/2011 (Friday) was scheduled to replace the part. They would arrive between 8-12.  At 12:30pm there was no service tech or a phone call.  I called 800-905-9505 and talked to a service representative.  I was told that the tech was enroute to my house but not sure what time he would arrive and that I should receive a call.  He was surprised that I hadn't received a call.  At 4pm no tech or phone call.  I again called the above number and was told that they were running behind and I would receive a call regarding their arrival time.  My husband called the above number approximately 4:10pm and was told that the tech went home and they would call me to reschedule another time.  We called out warranty company and they scheduled was with a different company for 6/25/2011.  I finally received a call at approximately 4:46pm from Cheryl at A&E.  It is hard for my husband and myself to get off during the week.  Fortunately I was already scheduled off 6/24 (Friday) because I have to work Saturday and Sunday.  I work in healthcare and part of my job is customer service.  What happened today was totally unacceptable.  No one could give me a straight story as to why I never received a call or why the tech had not arrived.  My whole day was wasted waiting  for a tech that never showed up, but instead went home.

    On June 28th, the technician was scheduled to come out between 1-5. He did not make it out until 6:30. I had to call the A & E office 3 times, before the technician would call. Parts were order and I was told I would have to call again when the part came in. I was dreading it, since the first time took 1 & 1/2 late. I called A & E to tell them of my ordeal last time, so please give me the morning appt., so I would n't suffer again. This time was worse. No call from anyone, I called 5-6 times. I complained and complained and complained. The technican, I called back from him leaving his # on my cell, said I was bumped, and that he would not know when he could make it out. It is 3pm. I was scheduled from 8-12. This company is worse than DMV...the worse company ever. They should not be in bussiness. There isn't one government agency this disrespectful of one's time.

    On may 25th my 2 year old  Kitchen aid refrigerator was not staying cold the temperature was reading 66 and freezer was reading 6..I experienced this same problem back in august 2010 when it was only 1year old..I called A@E and was told a representative would be out on MAY 31ST. He never showed !! I proceeded to call A@E  and was told the next service would be in 2 weeks/////well needless to say  they ordered the incorrect parts and would have to return in 3 weekS...Here it is July 12th I still am without a refrigerator!!! They were to come out tomorrow 13th btwn 1-5,, received a call confirming at 1230p,,,and low and behold received another call at 430p stating the appointment was xxled ///they dont work in this area on Wednesdays!!!!OMG   THEY ARE THE WORST ..ITS NOW SCHEDULED FOR JULY22 !!!IVE BEEN WITHOUT A REFIGERATOR SINCE MEMORIAL DAY...JULY 4TH ...AND MAYBE IF IM LUCKY I MIGHT SEE A REFRIGERATOR FOR LABOR DAY!!  THEY STINK I NEVER, NEVER WOULD RECOMMEND THEM!!!!

    Canceled twice on me and then confirmed the third appt only to never show up. When I called, they said they didn't have enough techs that day to do the job. They were unhelpful and unsympathetic. I would NEVER use them again, and if I were Maytag, I would rethink my contract with this company.

    Whirlpool scheduled me an appt with A&E for washing machine repair today between 12 and 5 pm.  I work retail and today was my day off.  I called A&E this morning to confirm.  "Yes, you are on the list for today".  At 3:40 pm, I get a call from the dispatch office stating that they will NOT be coming today, they are overbooked!  Say what?  "Reliable" service??  I wasted my afternoon waiting for them and I still have no washer to use... my clothes are sitting in the washtub filled with water.  They said they would reschedule me for another day, which would have to be next week.  I told them what they could do with their appt. after countless calls to them trying to get an answer on why this happened.  I've now called a local company who will be here tomorrow morning and they charge alot less.  Will NEVER use A&E!

    I have had the same thing with them they gave we one day I stayed home all day waiting they never showed so I called they said oh we don't have you down for today, so waited another week for them to come look at my washer, I told them what was wrong with it, he ordered the parts they came in a week ago he is suspose to be coming today any where from 8-5 so another day I have stayed home waiting it almost 2 no one here yet. I have been with out a washer for 4 weeks now.

    Parking Nuisance
    I think you need to tell your drivers where to park their vehicles on weekends.  Why do you let them take the vans home and cause a nuisance by parking in front of non customers houses .  If these repair people don't have any brains about parking, how can they have any brains in fixing appliances.  I would never use your company to have my appliances repair
