    Even i just recd the same message.
    The fact of the matter is which telcom service provider holds this + 9607 series.
    As per my knowledge & information,their doesn't exist any such series.
    This is some sort of FRAUD & if we may call on the no,then may be they can hak our mobile details & all balance.

    So its beete to just delete the message & never call back.
    As such the no series is not authorised.

    I just received the same message from this number
    just though to check on google whom this number pertains to.
    really bad if such messages are flowting around to trouble people.
