I ordered from vitacost then it took me to another screen for shoppingessentafter reading it I opted out and I am still getting charged every month for $19.95.  I will no longer order from vitacost since they are hitched up with this other company.  I just want to get rid of this monthly charge.

    Iam mad that I should be charged every month for 19.95 and don't know why.  It comes up on my account as AP*SPOPPINGESSENT.  I can't find the web site.  I apparently got signed up for something after ordering from vitacost.  I will never order from them again.

    Another "buying or discount club membership" scam.  You may or may not have knowingly signed up for anything, but this sort of scammer claims you do, probably hiding the terms somewhere you were never intended to find or notice.

    Contact your bank to dispute frauduelnt charges, and close that account to prevent continuing fraud.  Follow up with a written dispute to your bank to preserve your FRB Reg. E or FCBA dispute rights.

    File complaints with FTC, and your state AG.

    Many "health product" companies scam in a variety of ways, from passing on your account information to some "membership" scam, to setting up some "autoshipment" plan and claiming you agreed.  You are best not to do business with them, but once you start getting their charges, you should both dispute them with your bank as fraud, AND close that account.
