Telemarketing call center, variously reported to be "NCO" (a debt collector), "BofA" (either a shady affiliate or a scam), or "FIA" (another bank credit card operation swallowed by BofA).
NEVER assume any caller is who they claim to be. If they say they are your bank, call your bank directly via numbers you already have.
NEVER even talk to cold calling bank telemarketers, since they are often engaged in telemarketing fraud, and since they have your account number, they may sign you up for some "service" regardless of whether you agree to it.
Might as well hang up on all telemarketers, anyway, other than to identify and track them.
