i have asked them each time to STOP calling that i am registered with the "DO NOT CALL LIST".
i have reported them to the national do no call registry, however then continue to call.
how can  we stop them???

    Its Cardmember Services, offering lower credit card interest rates for those who owe more than $3000.  And they say this will be the last call...what a crock. Im on the do not call list and I'm getting daily calls from them inspite of asking to be taken off their calling list..this has been going on for years.  I waited this time to talk to a rep and cuzzed the b---ch out...im buying a whistle today and every time they call back they'll get blasted with it....bet that will get me taken off the calling list.  I hope everyone who reads this buys a whistle and starts using it on these bad terds

    i hate their constant calls im also on the do not call list. time to get out the avalanche ski whistle and let them have what they deserve!!!!!!!!

    I have used the press 2 option to be automatically removed several times but they just keep calling, and I don't owe enough on my cc to be eligible for their $3000. offer.
    they just keep calling either with pacifictel or oregon caller or any other number of caller id readouts.

    Just got a call from this same stupid company. Pressed option 1, got a person, told him that I haveno verity cards and wanted to be removed. He actually hung up on me. At leastit was on his dime and not mine!!!  Aargh

    You can't make them stop.  They don't care about the laws.   Might as well enjoy it.
    Keep a stop watch near your phone and have a family competition to see who can waste the most time of the telemarketer.

    Techniques involve giving them too few or too many digits for anything.  SSN, credit card, phone numbers etc.   Obviously base it off of false information.  
    Only give them 8 digits of your SSN.  Insist that you are very old and you only have 8 digits.  
    Insist on telling stories about your life while slowly giving them false information they are asking for.
    Look for your glasses so you can read your numbers.   It's great if you only give them some of the info, they tell you you don't have enough digits, "find your glasses" then have a completely different set of numbers and too many digits.

    It's really an art stringing them along without them catching on.

    Talked to a live person, informing no one here has any credit cards.  They insisted it was probably the person who lived here before.  Informed her, this house was complted less than a month ago, built on a vacant lot.  She still insisted if it was not us, it was the person who lived here before.  Go figure.

    Talked to a live person, finally -- barely said no, we are not interested -- and she hung up so fast I couldn't get to the "never call us again" part.
