Not worth the hassle, wrong pricing, double order

I placed an order for the $20 ring plus shipping. I also ordered the "free ring" plus s&h. I was overcharged for the order and the order showed up twice. I tried to send them a return e-mail so they could correct the error, but could not find a return e-mail address on their web site. I tried to look up an e-mail address for Diamond Z4 or Telebrands and could not find one. Then I called the 800 number listed and only got recorded voices; could not reach a live person. Finally, I found another non-800 number for Telebrands and finally talked with Allison. I explained the problem and asked her to cancel both orders. She said she would try to cancel, but could not guarantee me that she could because the order was not in the system yet.
It would have to be somewhere in their system because they sent me a reply e-mail listing the order numbers. I don't trust that my order will ever get cancelled and that when I call back tomorrow, they will tell me that the orders have already shipped and cannot be cancelled. The only thing I could do would be to wait the 4-6 weeks to get the two sets of wrong priced fake rings and then use their return policy, pay them the $14 s&h plus whatever it cost me to mail the things back to them. Then I am sure I would have to wait another several weeks to get a credit back on my credit card account. I sent an e-mail to my bank asking them not to honor their request to debit my account in that Telebrands policy is to allow cancellation of an order at no charge if it is done before the product is "processed" which takes 24-48 hours. I have already spent approx. 2 hours working on getting this order cancelled and I am afraid it will take several more hours, e-mails and phone calls to get this resolved. I will never order anything from Telebrands again...it is simply not worth the grief!!! An extremely dissatisfied EX-customer
