Ever since Ross at miracle mile Miami Fl changed store manager, the store has gone down to sh*t . Luz Patino Does Not know how to run the store, very rude women, never gives her face to costumers when we're clearly asking for her specifically. My respects goes out to Robert Perry! Excellent store manager & knows how to recognize a job when it's done well.

    Since eliZabeth have been manager at the store ... She got a attitude problem doesn't know how to treat customer and emplyement. Hope she gone asap.... She need to get manager class ...
