event planners Task force are issuing an alert against suspected fraud artist and child predator Steven Leflar, known to operate in Napa Valley. Leflar, who has a victims list that includes talent agents and wineries, along with ex employees, is an unbalanced and dangerous individual known to assume other peoples identities and post under the name "Truth"
His chosen method of fabrication is the internet, and his skill at technologies help him con innocent victims out of their money.
Leflar has grown increasingly unstable, at an alarming rate, even going as far as to create false and defamatory websites on Napa Valley citizens and and community members. His predatory practices do not stop at adults. Leflar attempts to include children in his deviance. Leflar's MO is to create false impressions of trust, meanwhile stealing from the victim, and then blaming the victim. His most recent ploy was to con his best friend, Ron Israel out of $75,000. In late 2012, Leflar assumed the identity of a well known event planner who has since orginized an event task force to expose Steven Leflar.
