Because of the poor Turkish THy used in their website, I tarnsfered the miles to a wrong account, meaning instead of my father to my daughter , my daughter to my father, I called right away so that they reverse the transaction which is extremely easy. Not only they were very very rude, they also did not want to do anything about it. Allthey cared they had the money in their pocket.And they told me to I can retransfer the miles so they can more money duplicate money. This airlines is the only airlines that gives ZERO value to their clients and they do not care what their clients think, they never try to help, they are always right. One of the customer service reps even said, we dont care we already got our money. It is hard to believe but it is what it is.
