Worst customer service

I purchased a very pricey engagement ring only to have the diamonds constantly fall out and it was resizes incorrectly multiple times. They offered to make a custom ring-the setting was crooked and it was turning brassy. My fiance is a student-she does not work with her hands!! And quite frankly, the amount of money I paid for it should not be turning brassy! They refuse to allow us to return it, I even called the CEO and was told no! Who does that??
