Being charged every other day 29.99 for no reason. I told the person personally not to sign me up and they did anyways.

Immediately contact your bank to dispute fraudulent charges, and close the account due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges. File complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and the Minnesota Attorney General.
