I continue to receive phone calls each morning between 8 & 8:30am, looking for someone named Jeanie Lee David.   There is no one by that name living in my home.

I would appreciate you not calling anymore as these calls continue to wake myself and my wife up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    If you can determine their name, or you can get their number from caller id or from the message, you can send them a "cease communication" letter.

    If they continue calling, file a complaint with your state Attorney General, or if that doesn't work, you can sue them for violating FDCPA.
