NOt HAPpY

I had purchased a dirt devil breeze vacuum the belts keep burning up the vacuum keeps overheating liked the vacuum so I purchased a 2nd one thinking maybe this one will work same issues with the belts n overheating ..my mother had givon me one for Christmas and the same issues had occured I want a new vacuum I had spent tons of money trying resolve these issues n like dirt devil but these issues not once twice n three times with the same product is uncalled for....I love dirt devil but this is just too much problems blowing up as soon as u turn the vacuum on..really not a.good product..pure junk....I had purchased all my dirt devils in the Kmarr in edwardsville Pennsylvania...as a loyal customer I expected more from ur company and hipe u can work with me withthese ongoing issues with my vacuum...I have a newborn in my house n it is very important I keep my hoame clean but refuse to purchase any of ur products..hope u can work with me..nargaret brown 230 sly street
