I keep getting EFT charges on my Visa for $12.00. I have tried to contact this outfit at 800-826-1885 and there is never a response. Help? How do I find out what is going on and stop these charges? I am grateful for any help you can offer. Sincerely, Carole Cameron

Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges and block the card number.
Your bank can reverse charges if you dispute within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the charges, so you may be able to reverse all 3 charges.

Follow up with your CC dispute by sending a fraud affidavit to your bank's fraud department.

I just saw a $1.95 charge on my credit card from NTO* SOLUTIONS REWARD.  I called the 888 number and found out that the web site Solutions signed me up for something unknowingly and that is how the NTO* SOLUTIONS REWARD got my credit card number, name, mailing address without my knowledge or known permission.  What out for this site!!

April 22, 2014 and they are still at it, just checked with my credit card and found a 22.95 charge. I have been checking as another card called me 3 days ago asking about several charges that looked suspicious and they were nothing I had charged. Both are sending me new cards. This crap is way too common!

I just had a charge of $9.95 on my credit card statement I just received.  My bank told me that I had done business with them before because there was a charge in June of $1.95.  I tried the email.  That was a joke.  I held on the phone one day long as I could.  It was always a "10 minute wait."  Today I decided to hold on the phone as long as necessar.l  I kept getting the 10-minute warning and finally did talk to someone who did not speak clear English.  He offered me 40% off whatever it is they are doing.  I said I want this subscription to whatever it is cancelled and I want the $9.95 back.  He finally agreed.  What a joke!  I used phone 888-796-9097.    Wow!  I was fortunate.  Some of you got hit hard.  My credit card is cancelled and I have a new one in hand.

I had ordered a free (except for shipping) trial of Vitier Advance Anti-wrinkle eye cream and Vitier Advance Anti-aging skin cream. I called the company back in October 2015 (one week after I received the products and tried them) because it didn't work (go figure). I was assured TWICE that the account was cancelled and closed so there would be no more charges and they would send me the packing labels to return the products. Now it is December 2015, and guess what?! I was declined at the store with Christmas gifts in a huge line of people because I supposedly had no money left on my card I just reloaded three days earlier. Not only was I embarrassed beyond belief, but I was even more upset about it! Come on people! It's holiday season, and you decide to be sneaky and snipe $94.94 and $91.94 from my bank account at Christmas time for a product I cancelled and was assured it was discontinued from my account. All for a junky product that didn't work?! I want my money back right now because my grandchildren are NOT going to postpone Christmas present day!!! Don't worry I will be giving a full report to the BBB and Capital One.

I bought a Samsung television from Currys in the UK and about ten months later discovered unknown payments being made from my MasterCard account.  I phoned the Card account people who said I was paying for Support at £4 per month.  They gave me a phone number to cancel this support.  The number to ring was 0844 800 6080 – which was NOT correct.  The correct number is 034 800 6080.  I only had to give them my post code and they knew who I was and I have (supposedly) cancelled the support I never knew I had.
I believe Samsung could be at fault because they have a system of support which has to be cancelled within a certain time, such as two weeks.  I believed I had cancelled.  It all seems too easy a scam to be paying for something you have not signed up to, yet pay by default for that which you do not want.  I shall investigate further because they have stolen at least £40 from me.  An amount which they think they can get away with and use a system which they will continue to abuse.

Purchased a face cream that Christy Brinkley uses and had created, supposedly. Limited time offer called SkinComplexRx. I got it and was charged the low price. Now almost 2 weeks later they are charging $89 which wasn't disclosed or approved. Billing as Continuity Subscription Merchants.
    I fell for the scam.

A charge of $21.95 appeared on my account. I had no knowledge of this  and all that could be done by the Bank of America, is to stop future charges. This is now a total of 5 monthly charges by Community Merchant Subscriptions

Continuity Subscription Merchants and other anti-wrinkle cream companies have been charging credit cards for "free" samples if you don't call within 14 days of order date. I just got charged $98.41 for Garcinea diet pills which Dr. Oz endorses because I called back to refuse any future orders on day 15. Watch what you order on the internet. Legit as it may sound.

Checking my bank account to find a charge I didn't recognize. Called them, guy barely spoke English and it was clear I had been scammed. My bank refunded the money, cancelled the card & they will get to the bottom of it. Be aware. Check your accounts for these soon to be inmates,...

I discovered a charge for 299.00 on my credit card and it was listed as LinkedIn.com.  The phone number listed had no answering machine or representative to answer questions.  I called my credit card company and they showed it was a subscription to "continuity" whatever the heck that is.  Card cancelled, new card coming.  Always check your statements carefully!
