I cancelled ASI 4 year coverage plan for my Maytag dishwasher and never got a refund

Your company just added insult to injury. This week I got an offer to extend my coverage plan that I cancelled last year. I bought a new and different brand dishwasher and it works fine. That means you never responded to my cancellation notice below:

Attention ASI:
We have had an absolute horrible experience after purchasing your 4 year warranty plan and we want it refunded in full for the horrendous customer service experience.
We purchased the dishwasher Christmas time 2013. We kept being offered warranty offers, but we didn't think we needed one for a brand new machine, however as soon as the 1 year warranty expired, the dishwasher broke down. So we paid way above the warranty offers to get it fixed.
We then were told after paying for the repair, we would be eligible for a warranty plan. So I purchased the 4 year plan for $226.00.
Then months later the machine broke again and the first repairman ordered the wrong part and the second repairman ( an elderly guy, but a decent person fixed it.)
Recently the machine broke again and we described the problem over the phone and asked that the repair person bring tools and or parts to fix it and not waste
our time by coming by and then saying they don't have the parts to fix it.
During the time of the agreement, we received alarming warranty expiration warning notices that stated, we had no coverage. Each time we called in and affirmed that we had a 4 year warranty, whereby, they apologized for the alarming notices and sent us another copy of our 4 year warranty.
Little did we know that in the year 2016, we would have to deal with Mr. Pecina (a modern day Mark Fuhrman) who walks it to a Senior Citizen African American's home, disassembles the bottom skirt panel, shabbily misplaces the left side connection piece, only reconnects the right side piece, leaving the skirt panel dangling. When I noticed the poor craftsmanship, I asked what is he doing, He said I'm writing down parts that I'm ordering for the repair. Then he left. We never heard from ASI again.
After a few days, I called ASI and was told that they are refusing to fix the dishwasher and are refusing to back the warranty because the repairman stated the wires were chewed by rats and doesn't want to return to the "Environment".
My wife and I are senior citizens and don't have and have never had rodents in our house after living here 9 years.
After realizing the type of company ASI is, we decided it would be better to buy another dishwasher (not covered by ASI). On April 26th, 2016, that is exactly what we did. We even took pictures of the removal and installation procedure to prove the groundless charges. In the pictures, you'll notice a brand new stove (on the left of the dishwasher) we also recently bought. You will also notice in the pictures that the lower kitchen cabinets were painted as an amateur DIY painters mahogany and their may have been paint drops on the floor at the bottom of the lower cabinets in contrast to the unpainted upper cabinets that were light brown.
Both the stove installers and the dishwasher installers agreed that the ASI story was ridiculous. We also paid to have the Maytag dishwasher hauled away.
We would have written sooner, but I lost my 98 year old mother recently and attended her Los Angeles funeral service and her Long Island, NY Burial.
Please find attachment 1 the service agreement, attachment 0833 is new stove and new dishwasher, 0832 shows dishwasher brand, 0830 shows the unpainted upper cabinets, and 0829 shows the space vacated when the dishwashers were switched on 4/26/2016.
I fully expect the whole refund for the poor customer service experience.
Sincerely, Gary and Eileen Moore
