I saw 309 for a flight on the website. I clicked it and got to it and paid then it gave me a message that the price was 100 more. I knew other flights were roughly the same so I purchased them for a roundtrip ticket from the 24th to the 28th. I get an email confirmation for the 25th to the 27th. I call them and am on hold for 80 minutes or more than hang up. I tried a different number and waited 40 minutes and hung up. I called a different number and waited 40 minutes while noticing it told me I had  4 hour window to cancel with no charges. I found it obvious to me that this is what they do. They give you what they want to give you and then will take your money if you don't want to travel for the times and days THEY selected. So I was told they could change it to what I had originally selected but it may be more. I was told it would be 60 dollars more then told that I would be transferred to a specialist and waited 20 more minutes. The guy supposedly had notes but did not so I explained the whole thing to them again and was told it would be even more expensive. I freaked out and told them to refund me my money. They said in 48 hours or less I would get my money back. After reviewing this company I am doubting I will get my money back.

    Douglas, after reviewing your reservation we did find that we did offer you alternate dates to reduce the cost of your trip. This alert is displayed in 3 different areas before you even submit the purchase. We do offer the 4 hour cancellation because we do realize that plans change. I see that you have cancelled the flights, as well as the hotel. Your money will be returned to you, as of now you are only seeing a pending authorization.
