Misleading and High Pressure Sales Approach

I just signed a membership contract with Direct Buy and have only now, noticed many warnings on the internet. I signed the contract while having to take care of my handicapped son who was with my wife and myself.

I received copies of the contract, but noticed the space for Direct Buy to sign the contract had been left blank. Does that mean that there is no contract or can someone from Direct Buy sign at a later date?
