2 months post warranty expiration the headset started to disconnect from the flexible band. A complete lack of skillful engineering in my opinion. A design flaw i have personally witnessed in several headsets. According to LG Electronics warranty and repair center, this device is non-repairable in their facility and there is also no one they "approve or suggest" to make the necessary repairs. I now own a $200 expendable, useless hunk of junk. What a waste of my money, time, and faith in decency. Thanks for the lack of assistance LG Electronics. It's certainly been sub-par.
